Can SDPROG check DPF / FAP / GPF filter parameters? +
Yes. With SDPROG it’s possible to check the parameters of DPF, FAP and GPF filters. With each update we add support for more engines so users have access to more complete data.
Which interface should I choose – SDPROG OBD or PRO? +
The SDPROG OBD PRO interface is designed for BAIC, Chevrolet, Ford, Opel, Mazda, and Saab. For all other brands, SDPROG OBD will be fully sufficient.
Can one licence cover multiple vehicles? +
Yes. A single licence allows the diagnosis of any number of vehicles, without additional restrictions.
What’s the difference between OBD-II mode and Service mode? +
OBD-II mode enables basic diagnostics of the engine module according to the OBD-II standard. It allows reading of basic engine parameters and access to additional functions. Service mode provides advanced diagnostics of all modules available in the vehicle. It allows checking detailed parameters such as DPF filter status and performing extended service tests.
How to set up an account using the purchased licence key? +
To set up an account, when registering provide your email address, password and purchased licence key. Enter the correct key prefix (SD, PL, EN) as shown on your purchased key, then enter the rest of the key in the field. After registration you must activate your account via the link sent to your email.
Will the program work on Windows? +
No. SDPROG is available only as a mobile application for Android and iOS phones/tablets. The program does not run on Windows.
