The SDA2 diagnostic adapter is a modern solution designed for FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) vehicles manufactured from 2018 onwards, equipped with a Security Gateway (SGW) module. The SGW module effectively isolates most diagnostic requests, preventing full diagnostic access for non-original devices. With the advanced SDA2 adapter, it is possible to bypass the restrictions imposed by the SGW, allowing full access to all diagnostic functions.
The main advantage of our adapter is the ability to delete error codes via a SDPROG app. This allows users to clear errors themselves, without having to visit a service centre. This is convenient and saves time and money that would normally be spent on professional diagnostic services.
Our SDPROG app allows error codes to be read without the need to connect an SDA2 adapter. This means that the user can quickly and easily identify vehicle problems. However, the SDA2 adapter must be connected to the vehicle in order to delete the diagnosed fault codes. This solution provides full control over the vehicle’s condition and allows for effective maintenance management.

Directions for use
Connect the Adapter: Locate the wiring harness leading to the SGW module and connect the SDA2 adapter to these wires.
Connect Diagnostic Device: Connect your diagnostic device to the OBDII socket.
Start Diagnostics: Turn on the vehicle ignition and start your diagnostic device.
Perform Operations: Carry out the desired diagnostic operations, such as clearing trouble codes etc.
Disconnect the Adapter: After completing the diagnostics, disconnect the SDA2 adapter from the wiring harness and connect SGW.
We recommend that the SDA2 adapter is mainly used for diagnostic purposes. We do not recommend that the adapter is constantly plugged into the car’s harness, as this can lead to unnecessary problems. The adapter should only be plugged in when necessary.
