Mysdprog account related information

How do I create an account on mysdprog.com?

  1. Go to www.mysdprog.com.
  2. Click on “Register an Account.”
  3. Complete the form by providing:
      • email address,
      • password,
      • SDPROG license key.

    Note! The key prefix (SD/PL/EN/RO/FR/HU) must be selected from the drop-down list!

  4. Click “Register.”
  5. Confirm your registration by clicking on the activation link sent to your email address.
  6. After activating your email address, your account will be active and ready to use in the SDPROG application and mysdprog.com portal.

What is the mysdprog account used for?

  • Logging into the SDPROG application.
  • Management of connected devices (view, delete).
  • Preview of the assigned license key in the user panel.

Activation code information:

  • The code is on the scratch card (purchase in a set or BOX version) or is sent by e-mail (electronic version).
  • After registration, the code is permanently assigned to your account and visible in the user panel.
  • The code must be entered exactly, taking into account the prefix (SD/PL/EN/RO/FR/HU) from the scratch card or e-mail you received.
  • The prefix does not define the application language.

  • On mysdprog.com you can reset your password using the “Password Reset” option and entering your email address.

Frequently Asked Questions About Vehicle Diagnostics

Where is the OBD2 connector located in the car?

The OBD2 connector is usually located near the steering wheel, most often under the dashboard, near the steering column. In some models, it may be located in the glove box or center console. Check your vehicle’s manual for the exact location.

Does the engine need to be running when connecting the interface?

It is recommended to turn on the ignition only without starting the engine.

Can the interface be permanently connected to the diagnostic connector?

Yes, the interface can be connected permanently, but it is recommended to disconnect it during longer stops to avoid unnecessary battery consumption. The SDPROG OBD diagnostic interface has an advanced energy saving mode – the device is woken up by the application, not the car, which allows for energy savings and trouble-free operation with hybrid and electric vehicles.

Does the program work in cars with LPG installations?

Yes, however, depending on the type of installation and the method of installation in the car, there are cases of interference with the interface or complete lack of connection. In such a case, it is necessary to turn off the LPG installation for the time of car diagnostics.

What to do if the connection procedure was performed correctly but there is no connection to the car?

  • Make sure the interface is properly connected to the OBD2 connector.
  • Check that the correct Bluetooth mode is selected in the SDPROG application (e.g. 4.0 BLE).
  • Verify that the ignition is on.
  • Try connecting to another vehicle to rule out a problem with the interface.
  • If the problem persists, fill out the contact form and provide all relevant information.

Questions about SDPROG diagnostics application

Why does the program require GPS location to be enabled?

GPS location is required for correct connection of the interface to the smartphone.

How many devices can the program be installed on at the same time?

SDPROG can be used on two different devices (smartphone/tablet) at the same time. To log in to a new device, you must first remove the old one by logging in to your mysdprog account.

Does the license need to be renewed?

No, the purchase of the license is one-time. Access to the program and all updates is lifetime.

I lost my activation code, can I recover it?

It is not possible to restore a lost activation code in the form of a scratch card purchased in a set or BOX version. If you purchased an activation code in an electronic version, please check your e-mail or fill out the contact form, providing e-mail addresses.

Why do I get a message that the maximum number of devices has been registered?

The maximum number of simultaneously logged in devices has been used (2). After logging in to mysdprog.com, in the “Registered devices” tab, you can remove selected devices to free up “space” for another device.
